Vintage Tiny Tots Original Seersucker Ruffle Dress Set. Toddler girl size 4T. Sleeveless blue and white striped dress with pink, green, and yellow skirt. Applique flower at the waist. Includes matching diaper cover. Elastic in waist is good but legs are worn out. Sash is partially detached on the side (seems to be fine as-is, but also a quick fix if you sew). So cute for a summer party!
