Vintage OshKosh B'gosh Blue Striped Overalls. Baby toddler boy or girl size 18 months. Made in the USA. Classic blue and white railroad engineer stripes. Vestbak style with adjustable straps and snaps along the legs. One clasp is missing bottom piece (see last photo), but seems to hold okay without it (can also easily get a replacement).
