Vintage Navy & White Striped Dress 2T. So many wonderful details on this dress: large puff sleeves, gingham fabric ruffled along peter pan collar and front pockets, bows on the pockets, and a huge bow in the back! Two untreated marks (see photos). Great dress for a party!
