Vintage Mayfair Applique Sailor Duck Shortall Romper. I don't see a size tag, so please check measurements to ensure fit. I'd guess around a baby boy size 12 months or so. Sleeveless one piece sunsuit outfit. Light blue with fun red and blue polka dot star trim and fun applique duck on the bib. Button straps, elastic in the back, and snaps at the bottom.
