Vintage Hand Smocked by Carousel Blue Pinafore Ruffle Dress. Girls size 6. Short sleeve collared bight blue dress with attached white apron. Gorgeous, colorful smocking and embroidered flowers on the chest. Lace detail and sash to tie a bow in the back. A couple tiny spots (see last two photos; untreated), but otherwise great condition!
