Vintage City Graffiti Neon Washington DC Tee. Made in the USA. I didn't see a size, but fits the 5T model perfectly. (See photos for measurements.) Super fun kid design with bright pink, green, and blue "My First T-Shirt from Washington D.C." Copyright either 1993 or 1983... can't make out that 3rd number! Tag faded while soaking. Has just a few really light marks lingering.
