Vintage Chicote Clown Applique Blue Jean Overalls. No number size on the tag, so please check measurements to ensure fit. (I'd guess around a baby boy or girl size 6 or 9 months. There's some flexibility on length with the fold over cuffs.) Classic denim overalls with high waisted fit and fun fabric face under the pocket complete with yellow yarn hair! Elastic in waist isn't functional, and tiny mark on the strap (see photo; untreated) but no other flaws noted.
