Vintage Alison Scott Smocked Blue Floral Dress. Baby girl size 12 months. The most gorgeous flower print! Light blue with yellow. Features short sleeves, peter pan collar, and smocking across the chest. Button back. Elastics in sleeves is worn out and there's very faint discoloration at the collar (see photo; untreated) but otherwise great condition. Perfect for a party!
