Cozy terrycloth material with ruffle waist, heart shaped buttons on the shoulder straps, pink, purple, and yellow gingham plaid applique flowers on the chest, and ruffle lined bib, too! Snaps at the bottom for easy on/off. Elastic in legs is stretched out and there is a small mark and pulled thread (see photos). Perfect for the beach!
