Long sleeve dress with red and white striped trim, round while bib collar, pockets, and plastic numbers. Bow on collar is pinned and can be removed/moved. Buttons in the back. Super faint mark on collar (untreated) and needs repair at the cuff seam (see photo). Perfect for the first day of preschool photos!
