Lilly Pulitzer Girls Little Beach Pant Serene Blue Big Escapade. Girls size extra large (12-14), but seem to fit much smaller (both in the length and waist; see photos for measurements). Not sure if these were mislabeled or shrunk, but they fit my petite 10 year old (she's more of an 8/10, can still squeeze into a pair of Lilly 6/7 leggings). 100% cotton. Super soft. Love the wide leg openings and detail on the elasticized waist. Bright flower pattern.
