Vintage 90s OshKosh B'gosh Express Blue Red Pullover. Tag removed, so please check measurements to ensure fit. (I'd guess about a 3T.) USA made. Blue with red and fun train deign on the chest. Snaps on the shoulder for easy on/off. Light wear at the cuff (see photo).
